*IBU (International Bittering Unit)-Is a measurement of the bitterness in the beer that is imparted by hops.

*OG (Original Gravity)-Is a measurement of the amount of sugars (from malted grain) that were originally in the beer before fermentation. From this we determine when a beer is ready (to some degree) and what the alcohol percentage is.

  • Cisco Canyon Blonde

The Wellhead’s light and refreshing blonde is made in the German Kolsch tradition. Wheat malt imparts crispiness while the Fuggles hops round out the flavor with a pleasant fruitiness. Try this with any appetizer. ABV: 4.8% – IBU:12 – OG:1.046
